Terms of Service
Last updated: July 23, 2026
1. The service
AltWrightr helps users identify missing alt text on Webflow sites and apply updates through authorized Webflow API access. The service includes a Designer Extension, a Data Client backend, and optional AI suggestion features.
2. Eligibility
You must have a valid Webflow account and the authority to connect AltWrightr to the sites you manage. If you use the service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
3. Authorization and permissions
To function, AltWrightr requires scoped Webflow permissions including read/write access to assets and CMS content. You are responsible for reviewing requested scopes before authorizing the app and for revoking access when no longer needed.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use AltWrightr in violation of applicable laws or Webflow's terms
- Attempt to access sites, accounts, or data you are not authorized to manage
- Reverse engineer, interfere with, or disrupt the service or related systems
- Use the service to upload malicious code or misleading accessibility content at scale
- Misrepresent AI-generated alt text as human-reviewed without appropriate review
5. Content and site changes
You retain ownership of your Webflow site content. When you apply a fix through AltWrightr, you instruct us to update alt text on your behalf via the Webflow API. You are solely responsible for reviewing suggestions before publishing changes and for ensuring final alt text meets your editorial, brand, and accessibility standards.
6. AI suggestions disclaimer
AI-generated alt text is provided as a convenience and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate for your context. AltWrightr does not guarantee WCAG compliance or legal accessibility outcomes. Always review suggestions before applying them.
7. Third-party services
AltWrightr integrates with Webflow and may integrate with other providers such as OpenAI or hosting infrastructure. Your use of those services may be subject to their separate terms and policies.
8. Availability and changes
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time. We strive for reliable operation but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
9. Fees
If AltWrightr is offered on a free, trial, or paid basis, applicable pricing and billing terms will be presented at the point of purchase or in a separate order form. Failure to pay applicable fees may result in suspension of paid features.
10. Disclaimer of warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
11. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, APPSROW LAB AND ITS AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (USD $100) IF NO FEES WERE PAID.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AppsRow Lab from claims arising out of your use of the service, your site content, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
13. Termination
You may stop using AltWrightr at any time by revoking authorization in Webflow. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if continued provision of the service becomes impractical or unlawful.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where AppsRow Lab is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Courts in that jurisdiction will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes, unless mandatory local law provides otherwise.
