Cookie Policy

Last updated: July 23, 2026

This Cookie Policy explains how AltWrightr uses cookies and similar technologies on our marketing website and within the app experience. It should be read together with our Privacy Policy.

1. What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website or use a web application. Similar technologies include local storage, session storage, and pixels.

2. How we use cookies

AltWrightr may use the following categories of cookies and storage:

Strictly necessary

Required for authentication, session management, OAuth callback handling, and security. Without these, the app cannot connect to your Webflow account or maintain an authorized session.

Functional

Used to remember preferences such as selected site, UI state, or extension authorization status in local storage (for example, session tokens stored under keys such as altwrightr_user or altwrightr_extension).

Analytics (optional)

If enabled in a future release, analytics cookies may help us understand feature usage and improve the product. We will update this policy before enabling non-essential analytics.

3. Cookies on this marketing website

The static marketing pages in the Website folder do not set non-essential tracking cookies by default. Third parties such as Google Fonts may process technical request data when fonts are loaded.

4. Cookies in the AltWrightr app

When you use the Data Client dashboard or Designer Extension, we may store:

  • Session tokens to keep you signed in after OAuth
  • Authorization state for the current Webflow site
  • Temporary technical data needed to complete scan and fix operations

5. Managing cookies

You can control cookies through your browser settings by blocking or deleting them. You can also:

  • Revoke AltWrightr access from your Webflow account settings
  • Clear local storage for the app domain in your browser developer tools
  • Use the app logout flow where available

Blocking strictly necessary cookies or storage may prevent AltWrightr from functioning correctly.

6. Third-party cookies

Webflow, OAuth providers, hosting platforms, and optional AI vendors may set or process their own cookies or tokens when you interact with their services through AltWrightr. Please review their respective policies.

7. Changes

We may update this Cookie Policy when our technology or legal requirements change. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised date.

8. Contact

Questions about cookies can be sent to [email protected].
